Exterior Color Scheme Design for Metro Scottsdale

We are looking for talented designers to propose modern exterior paint color schemes for our property, Metro Scottsdale.

The chosen design will be submitted to the city for approval, so it must be professional, visually appealing, and modern.

What We Need

Apply 3–4 complementary exterior colors to the building in a modern style.

Incorporate Sherwin-Williams SW 7006 Extra White and SW 7069 Iron Ore as part of the palette (either body, trim, or accent). Additional modern accent colors are welcome.

We want multiple design variations to compare.

Deliver renderings of the provided images:

4 exterior images (different angles: front + sides).

Each variation should include all 4 images.

Design Goals

Clean, modern look suitable for Scottsdale architecture.

White could be the main body, with dark trims or accents—but we also want creative variations beyond this simple scheme.

Use 3–4 colors to add dimension (body, trim, accents, details).

Must feel upscale, fresh, and city-approval friendly.

Deliverables

Multiple complete design proposals (at least 2–3 distinct color schemes).

For each scheme, provide 4 edited renderings (front and side angles of the property).

Color references (SW paint codes or HEX values).

Files Provided

4 high-resolution exterior photos (different angles).

What We Will Do

Review all submissions.

Select the best designs that balance creativity, modern appeal, and practicality.

Winning design will be used for city approval.

Tips

Avoid being too basic—think modern, elegant, timeless.

Subtle accents can make a big difference.
