Merge Logo With Custom Background

I already have two separate JPEG/PNG files—a logo and a design element—that need to live together in one cohesive piece. I’d like you to place them on the same solid-colour background (I’ll share the exact custom colour code once we start), make sure everything sits proportionally, and then add a few small extras such as a subtle shadow and a short tagline.

The job is mostly about clean positioning, colour consistency, and delivering crisp output suitable for both web and small-run print. Feel free to tackle it in Photoshop or Illustrator as long as the final artwork is sharp and editable.

Deliverables
• One layered source file (PSD or AI)
• High-resolution PNG with transparent background
• Flattened JPEG on the agreed solid colour background
