Luxury Rental Homepage Design Contest

I’m launching a new portfolio of high-end short-term rentals and I need a striking homepage that immediately tells visitors they are about to book something special. The aesthetic I’m after is unapologetically luxury and elegant—think refined typography, generous white space, and a premium, almost boutique-hotel feel. What I need from you for this contest is a polished desktop & mobile homepage concept delivered as an editable Figma, Sketch or layered PSD file, along with a handy style guide that lists fonts, colours, and any reusable components you introduce. Feel free to suggest micro-interactions or subtle motion if it helps convey the luxury vibe.
