Luxury Real-Estate Ad Creatives

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can design premium advertising creatives for Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Ads.

Our projects focus on luxury real estate marketing, so the design quality must feel premium, elegant, and high-end — not generic social media designs.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives including:

Instagram Feed Creatives (1:1)
Instagram Portrait Ads (4:5)
Instagram Story / Reels Ads (9:16)
Facebook Feed Ads
Carousel Ad Creatives
High-converting visual concepts for lead generation campaigns
Important Requirements
Experience designing performance ad creatives
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy for advertising
Ability to design premium real estate / luxury brand creatives
Knowledge of Meta ad formats and dimensions
Ability to deliver clean, modern, luxury-level graphics

We are not looking for template-based work.

We want original, premium-level creative design created using tools such as:

Photoshop
Illustrator
Figma
After Effects (bonus)
