Luxury Property Brochure Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m preparing an approx. 20-page marketing package for a new residential development and need a designer who can translate our vision into both a print-ready brochure and a polished e-brochure. The end product must speak directly to discerning home buyers and maintain a consistently luxurious, high-end feel from cover to back page.
Here’s what the brochure will cover: a concise project overview, hero artist impressions/renders, detailed floorplans, finishes and inclusions, a location map, and lifestyle highlights. The renders and floorplans carry the most weight, so I want them showcased prominently and integrated seamlessly with the rest of the content.
I will supply copy, CAD files, brand colours, logos, and any existing imagery. Your role is to craft the overall layout, finesse typography, refine imagery (or create new renders if needed), and deliver:
• Press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed)
• Interactive e-brochure (optimised PDF or InDesign Publish Online link)
• Packaged source files (InDesign preferred)
An eye for upscale finishes—metallic accents, refined textures, generous white space—and confidence with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential. Please include a link to comparable property, hotel, or luxury product brochures you’ve produced, plus a brief outline of your proposed timeline from concept to final files.
