Looking for an experienced visual web expert to create a Splash Screen with Photoshop. No other software accepted unless you can convince me I will get the same quality result

I'm seeking an experienced Photoshop designer to create a splash screen. The design should align with the aesthetics of our existing websites: https://yogapartout.com and http://telepartout.com
Requirements:
- Use provided template as a base (see attachments in .png format EXCEPT that I will need .psd .ai and .bmp files as well ALL when possible to create, de interlaced i.e. VECTORED
- Incorporate a mix of 8 specified color themes (your call for creativity)
- The main message on the screen will be "SPLASH registration to our newsletter"
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (no imitations accepted)
- Strong eye for modern and minimalist design
- Experience in creating cohesive brand visuals
Please ensure your portfolio showcases similar work. Looking forward to see your proposals and remember that there are other files that will be provided to you. The sample splash screen you see is a draft, not the final.
AND, no decision will be taken before Saturday the 12th of July.
