Long-Term Graphic Designer Needed
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I run a fast-growing digital media studio in the United States and need a full-time graphics designer / illustrator who can plug straight into our daily workload. You’ll move fluidly between three main arenas—social media posts and ads, responsive website graphics, and occasional print-ready materials—so versatility is essential.
All work must be created in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Sketch, whichever best suits the task. Campaigns vary in look and feel: some demand clean minimalist layouts, others lean on photo-realistic treatments or a vintage vibe. Switching styles without losing quality is a core part of the job.
Typical day-to-day work includes:
• Instagram carousel sets, story frames, and paid ad visuals
• Website hero images, icon suites, and UI accents optimised for desktop and mobile
• Flyers, one-sheets, and small-run posters prepared at 300 DPI with correct bleed and crop marks
Deliverables are supplied as layered source files plus web-ready or press-ready exports, clearly organised and labelled for hand-off to developers, marketers, or printers.
You’ll collaborate over Slack and Trello, work in US business hours, and iterate quickly based on direct feedback. If you thrive on creative variety and can keep pace with a steady queue of projects, let’s get started.
