Long-Term 2D Background Artist for Hindi Moral Story YouTube Animation – 6 BGs+/Month

Project Overview & Vision-
We are a growing YouTube channel focused on creating high-quality, 2D animated Hindi moral stories for a family audience. We are seeking a highly skilled and professional 2D Background Artist for a consistent, long-term collaboration.
The backgrounds must be in a detailed, semi-realistic style, similar to the aesthetic seen on channels like "DreamToon" (MUST). We require environments that resonate with the Indian cultural context.
Deliverables & Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable):-
The selected artist will be responsible for creating approximately 6 unique backgrounds per month based on provided storyboards and written descriptions.
Style: Detailed, semi-realistic 2D illustration (similar to DreamToon or comparable high-quality digital painting).
Expertise: Strong proficiency in drawing Forests, Dense Foliage, Rural Village Scenery, and Traditional Indian
Architecture.
Software: All backgrounds must be created using Adobe Photoshop only.
Resolution: Final delivered files must be in 4K resolution (3840*2160) or a minimum of 2K (2560*1440) to maintain quality on modern screens.
File Format: Must be delivered as a layered PSD (Photoshop Document) file with clearly labeled layers (e.g., separate layers for foreground, middle ground, background, sky, and key objects) for ease of animation/compositing.
Image Type: Raster image format.
Quality: Must maintain consistent, high-quality output across all monthly deliverables.
Legal & Professional Requirements:-
Originality: All submitted artwork must be 100% original, hand-drawn/painted, and free from any AI generation tools or copied elements. Plagiarism will result in immediate termination.
Copyright: Upon final payment for each background, the artist agrees that full commercial copyright and intellectual property rights are transferred entirely to the client (YouTube Channel).
Experience: Must have prior professional experience or worked with clients on commercial animation or illustration projects.
Location: Must be an Indian freelancer who understands the local context and scenery required for our Hindi content.
Work Process & Expectations:-
Deadline: Must be able to strictly adhere to agreed-upon deadlines for each background set.
Revisions: We allow for a maximum of 2 rounds of minor revisions per background illustration based on initial feedback. Major changes requested after the final sketch approval may be subject to additional fees.
