3D Logo Wall Photoshop Action

I need a self-contained Photoshop action (ATN) that lets me drop in a combination text-and-image logo, choose or keep a wooden wall background, and have the file instantly render a realistic 3D wall-mounted effect suitable for Zoom or Teams virtual backdrops. When the action finishes running, I want the logo to look physically mounted—complete with depth, shadowing, light fall-off, and mild perspective—so it feels like part of the timber surface rather than a flat overlay.

Workflow I imagine:
• Open a template PSD.
• Replace a Smart Object with my logo.
• Optionally swap the background layer, though the default should be a high-resolution wooden wall.
• Run the action; it extrudes or bevels the logo, adds appropriate layer styles and shadows, applies any displacement needed to follow the wood grain, then flattens everything into a single high-res image I can export.

Key points:
• Must support both raster images and editable text layers inside the Smart Object.
• Output resolution: at least 1920×1080, but the setup should scale cleanly to 4K.
• Entire process should complete in one click after the logo is placed; no manual tweaks necessary.
• Compatible with Photoshop CC 2020 and newer on both macOS and Windows.

Deliverables:
– Photoshop action file (.atn) plus the accompanying layered template PSD.
– A short PDF or TXT guide (under one page) showing the swap-logo → run-action steps.
