I need an email footer that neatly displays 4-6 professional-body logos, all supplied back to me as JPEGs that are clear yet extremely light in file size. The finished footer should be easy for any non-technical colleague to drop straight into Outlook or Gmail—please keep the assets in a simple folder structure, label each file intuitively, and include a single, ready-to-copy HTML / rich-text snippet that pulls in the images from a relative path.
Quality is important, but speed matters more: I’d like this wrapped up ASAP.
