I'm seeking a skilled Lightroom photo editor for a long-term position editing surprise proposal photos and engagement portraits. Prefer to pay per image, rate negotiable based on quality of work.

Key requirements:
- Primarily editing surprise proposals and natural light engagement portraits
- Able to work from preview edits in existing catalogue and match style exactly, no artistic reinterpretation
- Color correction skills are essential

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Experience with portrait photography editing
- Strong eye for color and detail
- Experience with low light images
- Ability to match examples and deliver consistent results
- Able to cull quickly and efficiently a plus!
