Layered Logo Cleanup for Print

I have a logo sitting in a single png that I need to be redrawn/redone into a few layers, and it urgently needs tidying I can use it for things. I’d like the file reorganised so the text, the graphics/icon elements, and the background each live on their own well-named layers in 300dpi and scale that can be resized, recolour, or swap pieces without risking quality loss.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Rebuild the current png into a 3-5 layers psd so every element is on a separate, non-destructive layer—text should stay editable where possible but if its too unique just allow for it to change color
• Preserve the colours, proportions, and look of the original artwork.
• Deliver a clean, clearly labelled PSD ready for large-format advertising. If you prefer to vectorise in Illustrator first, feel free—as long as I get the final layered PSD.
• Optional but welcome: export a print-ready PDF or high-res PNG once layering is complete.

Acceptance will be based on crisp edges (no stray pixels at 400 % zoom) and correct colour matching. Payment will be in milestones in case changes need to be made.
