Landscape Sketching and Photoshop

I'm looking for an artist who can create landscape sketches and then enhance them using Adobe Photoshop.

Requirements:
- Create 18 original sketches of landscapes 3 iterations for 6 different views eg isometric etc. (specific scenes and styles to be discussed).
- Use Adobe Photoshop to refine and enhance the sketches.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in traditional sketching techniques, especially for landscapes.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to adapt to various artistic styles based on my requirements.
