Instagram Graphics for Real Estate

I manage a real-estate brand that is active on Instagram and I want our feed to look as premium as the properties we market. The immediate need is a set of eye-catching, on-brand visuals—both feed posts and story formats—that will help us showcase listings, open-house announcements, client testimonials and quick market tips.

You’ll work with our existing colour palette, fonts and imagery, then translate them into scroll-stopping designs that feel consistent across every touchpoint. I’m happy for you to build in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or even Canva, as long as the final files remain fully editable.

Deliverables I’d like to see:
• 3 initial style concepts for the overall look and feel
• A refined set of reusable templates (feed + story) based on the approved concept
• Layered source files and exported PNG/JPEG versions, ready to post

Future phases may include website updates, performance ad creatives and SEO assets, so experience in those areas is a plus, though today’s priority is Instagram graphics.
