Illustrator Needed for Official Mascot Development

I’m seeking a skilled illustrator to produce a final original art package, for a official mascot. We have already locked the mascot concept and brand direction. I will provide a structured reference package, including approved concept sheets, brand sheets, costume direction, and visual references.
Scope. We need a fully human-illustrated

final mascot package including:
front view
3/4 view
side view
back view
expression sheet
detail callouts
branding / costume sheet
production-friendly reference artwork

Creative Direction

The mascot should feel:
premium
bold
highly brandable
social-media inspired
event-ready
appropriate for live appearances, merch, and manufacturing

Important Requirements

artwork must be original and human-created
no copying, tracing, or derivative infringement final files must be clean and organized editable source files required
all rights must transfer to Parent company
willingness to sign work-for-hire or assignment agreement
