Role Overview

Hum ek creative & professional designer-editor dhoond rahe hain jo hamare institute ke liye:
• High-quality posters, brochures, flexes, and branded PDFs design kare.
• Professional level YouTube videos + Shorts/Reels edit kare.
• Content ko big educational institutes (PW, Allen, Unacademy level) ke standard pe le aaye.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing
• Educational posters, admission creatives, reels covers, YouTube thumbnails banana.
• Notes/PDFs ko professional layout mein convert karna (flowcharts, diagrams, infographics).
• Institute branding maintain karna (logo, fonts, colors).

Video Editing
• YouTube lectures edit karna (intro, outro, transitions, text overlays).
• Shorts & Reels cut karna (30–60 sec highlights, subtitles, keywords).
• Motion graphics/animations add karna for better learning visuals.

Marketing Support
• Ads creatives design karna (Facebook/Insta/Google campaigns ke liye).
• Weekly social media calendar ke liye designs ready karna.

Requirements
• Experience in educational coaching sector (Physics Wallah, Unacademy, Byju’s, Allen, Aakash, etc. mein kaam kiya ho toh priority).
• Strong command on:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Graphic design).
• Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN (Video editing).
• Creativity + speed (fast turnaround).
• Portfolio of previous educational projects (compulsory).
