I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create a realistic book cover for my historical book on reparations for Black Americans. The cover size should be 6.14 x 9.21 inches (this is w x l).

I prefer an image that isn’t AI.

The book title is: ADOS Reparations Framework: A Guide to Developing a Functional Reparations Program

Elements that come to mind when thinking about cover, all of the below does not need to be included:
