High School Characters Illustration Refinement

Brief: Character Image Refinement for High School Project

Scope of Work:
• Refine 6 existing character images (provided).
• Focus on tweaking faces, hands, outfits, proportions, adding shadowing, and enhancing overall quality.
• Maintain hand-drawn sketch style — not photo-realistic or AI-generated.
• Preserve original style, colours, characters, and themes — no redesigning.

Requirements:
• Work directly over the existing files — do not start from scratch.
• Must be created in Adobe Photoshop or Procreate.
• Use separate layers for editable components (e.g. linework, shadows, colour).
• Provide progress screenshots (JPEG format) showing stages of refinement.

Technical Deliverables:
• Final artwork in source files (PSD or Procreate format).
• Corresponding JPEG exports for each final image.
• Include subtle facial expressions and perceived movement where appropriate.
• Emphasise refinement of facial features, hands, limbs, and proportions.

Project Management:
• A sample must be provided prior to engagement for quality approval.
• Completion required within 24 hours of approval.
• Several rounds of revisions may be necessary — flexibility required.
