High-Res Boat Wrap Background

I need the background artwork from a small JPEG I have rebuilt from scratch so it can print crisply on a full-size boat wrap. The final file must be a single Photoshop document measuring 265 inches wide by 40 inches high at 300 dpi.

You will receive my reference JPEG, study its colors, gradients and textures, then reproduce it so the finished PSD is completely scalable and free of pixelation when output to the specified dimensions. Feel free to use vector shapes, smart objects or any other non-destructive methods, but the end result must remain fully editable in Photoshop.

Please ensure:
• Exact canvas size: 265" × 40" at 300 dpi
• Color accuracy and smooth blending that matches the reference
• Clean, well-named layers for easy future tweaks

I will sign off once the artwork looks indistinguishable from the original when viewed at 100 % zoom in Photoshop and the file opens without missing assets or font warnings.
