High-Res 1920x1080 Banner Upgrade

I have an existing banner that is currently low resolution and breaks up when enlarged. I need it rebuilt at a full-HD size of 1920 × 1080 pixels so it remains crisp on large screens and in print. All artwork, colours and layout should match the original; no new design work is required—just a faithful, high-quality recreation.

When you hand it back, I want a print-ready PDF that will pass any standard pre-press check, along with the layered source file (Photoshop or Illustrator) so I can make future tweaks if ever needed. Please optimise colours for both on-screen display (sRGB) and CMYK printing, embed any fonts, and keep file sizes reasonable.

If you are comfortable up-scaling graphics, redrawing vector elements where necessary, and exporting clean, press-quality PDFs, I’d love to get this completed quickly.
