High End Print File Preparation Master-file for Canvas for Gelato Print on Demand

I have a collection of 50 artworks that need to be professionally prepared for large-format canvas printing via Gelato.

This is NOT a basic upscaling job.

I require a skilled designer to rebuild and prepare true high-resolution master print files suitable for premium canvas prints.

FILE FORMATS
Artwork is supplied in:
• Square
• Portrait
• Landscape

These must remain in their original format (no distortion or re-composition).

REQUIRED PRINT SIZES (MANDATORY)

Prepare files for the following Gelato canvas sizes:

Square
• 100 × 100 cm (largest)

Portrait
• 70 × 100 cm (largest)
• 60 × 90 cm

Landscape
• 100 × 70 cm (largest)
• 90 × 60 cm

MASTER FILE REQUIREMENT

For each artwork:
• Create one master file at the largest size
• Export the second size from that master

Example:
Portrait master: 70 × 100 cm
Export: 60 × 90 cm

Do not recreate each size separately.

RESOLUTION REQUIREMENTS
• Target: 300 DPI
• Minimum: 240 DPI (only if required for large format)

Pixel guideline:
• Longest edge approximately 12000 px

Files must remain sharp and detailed at full print size.

CANVAS WRAP / BLEED (CRITICAL)
• Add 4–5 cm bleed on all sides
• Extend artwork naturally into edges
• Continue background and brush strokes seamlessly

Do not:
• Mirror edges
• Stretch edges
• Cut off important elements

Files must be ready for gallery wrap canvas printing.

IMAGE QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

This is not an AI upscaling task.

Strictly:
• No AI-only upscaling
• No automated enlargement tools used as final output

Use professional tools (Photoshop or equivalent) and:
• Manually refine details
• Rebuild texture where needed
• Enhance brush strokes
• Maintain painterly quality

• Brush strokes must remain crisp and visible
• Maintain depth and texture
• Do not smooth, blur, or over-process
• Final result must look like real painted artwork

• No cropping key elements
• No loss of detail

For each artwork, provide:
• Master file (largest size)
• Secondary size (exported from master)
• High-resolution JPG (print-ready)
• PSD file (layered if applicable)

File naming must be clearly organised by:
• Format (square / portrait / landscape)
• Size
