Halftone DTF Illustration Prep

I have a set of large illustrations—each one no bigger than 15 × 15 inches—that I need converted into clean, print-ready halftones for Direct-to-Film production. These designs will go straight onto apparel, so the dots must hold up when transferred to cotton blends and heavier fabrics alike.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Precise halftone conversion that preserves detail without moiré.
• Transparent-background, CMYK-profiled PNG files sized exactly for the final print area.
• A layered PSD (or AI) showing the original art, halftone layer(s), and any color tweaks, in case I need future edits.

You can work in Photoshop, Illustrator, or the RIP software of your choice—so long as the final output drops smoothly into my DTF workflow. I’ll provide the artwork and any color notes the moment we start. If you’ve already prepped halftones for T-shirt or hoodie runs, I’d love to see a sample in your bid so I know your dot patterns stay crisp on fabric.
