HDR Photo Edit & Fade Transition for website

I need two photos creatively enhanced with an HDR artistic effect and then blended together with a smooth fade transition.

What I’m after
• Each image should be retouched so the dynamic range really pops—deep shadows lifted, highlights recovered, tones balanced—without pushing them into an over-processed look.
• After the edits, I want a seamless cross-fade that moves from the first photo to the second. The result can be delivered as a short MP4 (1080p) and an animated GIF so I can use it on both web and social channels.
• Please supply the final high-resolution stills (JPEG or PNG) plus the layered source file (PSD or equivalent) so I can tweak minor elements later if needed.

Helpful details
The shots were taken on a DSLR and are roughly 24 MP each; I’ll provide RAW files. Keep color consistency between frames so the fade feels natural. No watermarks, banding, or abrupt exposure jumps.

Timeline & hand-off
Once you receive the RAWs, I’d like to review the first HDR pass within 48 hours, give quick feedback, and then receive the complete package (edited stills, video, GIF, and source files) shortly after.
