Graphic Remake to Transparent PSD

I have an existing design that I need recreated from scratch and handed back to me as a fully layered PSD with a transparent background. The finished file will be used as a website image, so crisp edges and web-ready resolution are essential.
You will receive my reference graphic as soon as we start. Please replicate its look and layout exactly, keeping layers logically named so I can make quick tweaks later. I don’t have fixed brand colours, so feel free to keep the original hues or match them as closely as possible—accuracy and a clean, professional finish matter more than an exact palette.
