Graphic Designers Needed — Logo Suites, Brand Boards, Content Boards, Business Cards & Pitch Decks for Multiple Brands

Job ID: 40468964

Budget: $49 – $50 USD

I'm looking for one or many skilled and detail-oriented brand designers to create and organize professional branding assets across multiple brands. This is a structured project with clear deliverables, reference materials, and folder systems already in place. You'll be working in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop) and delivering files to Google Drive.

This is not a logo design project from scratch — logos already exist. The work is about professionalizing the full brand system for each brand.

-------
1. LOGO SUITES
Professionally vectorize and improve my ai-generated logo so it is crisp, scalable, and ready for high-quality printing. Convert the canva.com image into a clean vector format, fixing errors, minor fixes and ensuring the lines are sharp and the geometry is precise.

I will need the final source files delivered in high-resolution AI, EPS, and transparent PNG formats. Include all standard variations: full color, black, white, inverse, favicon set (16px–512px), simplified versions, and icon-only marks. Variations must include vertical, horizontal, brandmark/icon, and wordmark orientations where applicable.

File formats required: AI (working file), editable PDF, EPS, SVG, JPEG, and PNG. Digital images must be provided in three sizes (large at 1920px, medium at 960px, small at approximately 192px) at 72 DPI min. Print files must be vector in CMYK.

Naming convention must follow: BrandName_Variation

Reference guide for structure and packaging: https://www.stryvemarketing.com/blog/creating-a-logo-package-for-your-client/

A reference brand folder will be provided as your quality and structure benchmark. Replicate that standard across all brands.

-------
2. BRAND BOARD
Create a professional brand board for each brand that maches the brand style. Before starting, research best practices (brand board examples, style guide standards) to ensure your work meets the brand's industry.

Review all existing assets — logos, Canva files, websites, references, and documents provided if any — to understand the aesthetic. If a brand board already exists in Canva, use it as a starting point but create an improved version and finalize in Adobe. If none exists, using e a professional template as your base is quite alright.

Each brand board must include: color palette, typography/fonts, logo variations, patterns, icons and illustrations (customized visual language), usage rules, mood/mood board with curated visual references that capture the brand's emotional tone, and a photography style guide covering image treatments, filters, and stock vs. custom photo direction.

Once the design is ready with placeholders you will add, I will revise and provide the copy and images for you to finish.

Naming convention must follow: BrandName_Brand Board
Fonts in one zip folder with brand name

-------
3. CONTENT BOARDS
Create a content board for each brand — a visual overview PDF that explains and showcases all social media formats in one place.

This must be designed as an actual board layout (not individual pieces on separate pages). Two large pages: the first displays and explains all content types (formats, dimensions, purposes), and the second presents content ideas and examples. Keep it visual, organized, and easy to scan.

It must be complementary to the brand board. They go together. You will add placeholders and once it's ready I will provide the images and copy.

-------

4. PITCH DECKS
Create the brand's pitch deck for each brand following the 10-slide structure from Guy Kawasaki's framework: https://guykawasaki.com/the-only-10-slides-you-need-in-your-pitch/

The deck must be simple and highly visual — titles only, no paragraphs, no walls of text. Big visuals, bold statements, clean layout. Every slide must use the brand's colors, fonts, and imagery consistent with the brand board. Simplicity is key.

I will provide copy, graphs, and images (or ask you to source images in some cases). If a slide feels text-heavy, it needs editing. Less is more.

-------

5. EMAIL SIGNATURES & BUSINESS CARDS
Create the brand's email signatures and QR codes for each brand. I will provide the specific content (names, titles, contact info, URLs).

Create modern business cards in both digital and print-ready formats. Print versions must be high-quality PDFs with correct resolution, bleed, and color profile.

Everything must align with the brand board — colors, fonts, logo usage, and overall aesthetic must be consistent.

DELIVERABLES:
1. Logo Suites: Working files (.ai, .psd) and exports (.svg, .png, .jpg) in a zipped folder named
2. Brand_Logo Suite. Logo package guide if one doesn't exist.
3. Typography: Verified font files zipped in a folder called Brand_Typography.
4. Brand Boards: PSD working file and a lightweight PDF export. Zipped, named.
5. Content Boards: PSD working file and a lightweight PDF export. Zipped, named.
6. Pitch Decks: PSD working file and a lightweight PDF export. Zipped, named.
7. Signatures & Cards: Email signatures and business cards ( working file (.ai, .psd), plus final export in digital versions and print-quality PDFs, zipped in a folder named Brand_Signatures & Cards.

Job pays: $50 per brand including all 7 deliverables.
