Seeking: Photoshop Expert – Advanced Template Creation & Editable Elements

I’m looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong Photoshop skills, capable of turning a provided graphic document (official documents) into a fully editable file.
This is for creating mock-ups for audiovisual productions. A particularly high level of realism is expected to meet the requirements; there will be direct comparisons between the original file and the editable file.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Recreate the document as an editable (PSD) file with clean, well-organized layers.

Allow dynamic replacement of text (I provide the font) and photos contained in the document while preserving exactly:
→ textures, effects, lighting, grain, colors, and the overall appearance of the original.

Reproduce and set up dynamic effect chains (filters, layer styles, masks, etc.) ensuring the final result remains identical to the original after modifications.

Cleanly cut out and extract necessary graphic elements (patterns, reflections, holograms, etc.) only when they interact with areas meant to be modified.
If an effect crosses over text or a replaceable image, the designer must faithfully reproduce it—either through precise masking or by recreating the effect in Photoshop to maintain the exact same look as the original.

Create a final file that is clean, flexible, reusable, and designed for fast production without any loss of quality.
