Graphic Designer Needed for RoboLoans Ad Template + Ongoing Creative Updates
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We’re looking for a designer to refresh and set up a branded ad template for RoboLoans, then provide ongoing updates (swapping car images + repayment text) on a per-image fee basis.
This is not a full redesign — we like our current bold style, we just want it polished, updated with our new logo, and made consistent across templates.
We will provide:
Our current ad creatives (for reference on style/layout)
Our new RoboLoans logo & icon
All future car images + repayment text/content for ongoing updates
Scope of Work (Initial Setup):
Create master ad templates (Meta Ads, Instagram/Facebook feed + story formats)
Integrate our new RoboLoans logo & icon
Standardize colors, fonts, and layout across templates
Ensure sections (price per week, warranty, no deposit, car model, etc.) are consistent & reusable
Deliver editable source files (Photoshop/Illustrator)
Scope of Work (Ongoing):
Use the template to swap in new car images + repayment details we provide
Deliver updated creatives quickly
Charge a flat per-image fee for each new update
Requirements:
Strong experience in ad creative design (automotive/finance preferred)
Skilled at building reusable templates for consistent branding
Ability to turn around new creatives fast (ongoing work)
Clear communication and reliability

Share 3–5 examples of ad creatives you’ve designed (preferably automotive, finance, or lifestyle).
Confirm you can set up a master template and then work on a per-image fee basis for updates.
Provide your rate for the initial template setup + rate per image ongoing.
Confirm deliverables include both ready-to-use exports + editable source files.
