Freelance Graphic Designer – Real Estate Scheme Posters & Videos

We are looking for a creative and skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to design attractive real estate scheme posters, social media creatives, and promotional videos. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate marketing designs with modern and engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:
Design high-quality real estate posters, banners, and social media creatives
Create promotional videos/reels for property schemes and offers
Develop attractive layouts with proper branding and typography
Edit images, add motion graphics, transitions, and effects
Deliver creatives within deadlines

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools
Experience in real estate or promotional marketing designs
Good understanding of color combinations, typography, and modern design trends
Ability to create engaging short-form video content for social media
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of social media creatives
Motion graphics and animation experience
Hindi/Gujarati text designing experience is a plus
