Graphic Design Vertical: Expansion top and bottom of the attached design continuing natural progression

I need a graphic design of the image expanded on top and bottom by not noticing is has been expanded, so just following the natural painting (no the lotus) so the final image is a vertical rectangle. The original design should be enlarged at the top and bottom, maintaining a natural appearance.

Requirements:
- Add background texture to top and bottom
- Work with JPEG/PNG files
