Formal Event Announcement Graphics

I need a designer who can create polished, formal-looking social media graphics that announce upcoming events. Each image must prominently feature the event’s date & time, location, and the key speaker or performer names, laid out in a way that is easy to read at a glance on a mobile screen.

Here’s how I picture the workflow:

• You receive the event details from me (copy, brand colours, any existing logos).
• You propose a clean, professional layout that works across the major social sizes I use (Instagram 1080×1080, Facebook 1200×630, LinkedIn 1200×627).
• After one round of feedback, you deliver the final artwork plus the editable source file (PSD, AI or similar).

The tone must remain formal—think corporate conference or gala announcement, not playful promo—so typography, spacing, and colour choices should reflect that. Consistency across multiple events is important; if we like the first design, there will be repeat work.
