Flyer Digitization & Cleanup

I have a single-page flyer that currently exists only as a scanned image. I need it faithfully redrawn in high resolution so the layout, fonts, and proportions remain identical, but everything looks crisp and print-ready. No creative redesign is required—just a clean recreation.

While you replicate the artwork, please:
• remove any speckles or scan noise to give the background a smooth, even finish
• slightly brighten the existing yellow and red areas so they pop a bit more
• keep every other colour exactly as the original

Once complete, deliver:
• High-resolution JPG, PNG (transparent background) and BMP files suitable for both print and web
• An editable, layered source file (PSD, AI or similar) so I can make future edits easily

The text must be 100 % legible at 300 dpi, and all colours should look consistent across the provided formats.
