Family Photo Detailed Retouch

I have one high-resolution family portrait that needs a careful, natural-looking polish. The brief is straightforward but the finish must be flawless:
• Arm: reshape the mom’s upper arm slightly from the armpit to about 1/2 way to the elbow (she’s in the plum color dress) so it feels proportional with the rest of the body—no plastic “liquify” look, just a gentle contour that passes unnoticed.
• Undereye area: smooth the existing shadows on the mom and dad’s face so the skin looks rested without flattening natural texture
• Wrinkles: soften fine lines around the eyes on mom and dad (where’s the darker shadows are on the right side of their face making them more pronounced), avoid wiping out all character and make sure it looks natural and matches the left side of the face
• Hair: is it possible to pull hair forward on the boy on the left side of the picture - the hair he has tucked behind his ear - while preserving realistic detail and shine? If not, leave as is
• Shirt: smooth out the crease on the left side of the boys gray sweater
I work in print as well as digital, so please return a print-ready JPEG (300 dpi, sRGB) plus the layered PSD so I can adjust later if needed. All edits should withstand close zoom inspection; no halos, no loss of skin texture, and colors must stay true to the original capture.
