Face-Swap Smile Enhancement

I have between four and seven group photos where a few people were caught mid-blink or mid-speech. I already possess high-resolution files of every shot plus separate, well-lit source images of each person smiling.

Your task is to seamlessly replace the less-than-perfect faces with the smiling versions so the final images look natural and cohesive—no additional colour correction or background work is required.

Please work non-destructively in Photoshop, preserving layers and masks so I can review or tweak placements later. When you’re done, share flattened JPGs for quick viewing along with organised PSDs that retain smart objects and adjustment layers. The swap should be indistinguishable at normal viewing distance, with consistent lighting, skin tone, and sharpness across every face.
