Extract T-Shirt Graphic PNG

I have a high-quality photo of a clear, detailed graphic printed on a T-shirt. My goal is to isolate that artwork and receive it back as a clean, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. No tweaks, color shifts, or extra effects—please reproduce the design exactly as it appears on the shirt, just without the fabric texture or wrinkles.
You’ll receive the original photo in whatever format you prefer. From there, I expect you to:
• Precisely trace or mask the artwork so every edge is crisp.
• Remove all shirt fibers, shadows, and folds while keeping the graphic’s colors and proportions intact.
• Deliver a 300 dpi PNG (transparent background) plus the layered source file from Photoshop or Illustrator for future proof.
I’ll sign off once the PNG matches the original print pixel-for-pixel and scales cleanly up to at least 18” wide without visible jagged edges.
