Excel to Photoshop PDF & JPG Appraisals and Certificates

I have an Excel sheet that lists every field needed for a series of appraisal reports. Names, specs, values, and corresponding image file names. I also have a locked-in Photoshop template that dictates the exact placement, fonts, colours, and margins we must follow. Your task is to flow the data and images from Excel into that template and export a polished, press-ready PDF for each record.

What you’ll work with
• My Excel file (one row per appraisal)
• A folder of approved images that match the filenames in the sheet
• The layered PSD template, complete with guides and smart-object placeholders

What I need back
• A separate, high-resolution PDF for every row in the sheet
• The updated PSD's with all the smart objects and text layers intact, no flattened artwork
• File names that mirror the primary key in the spreadsheet so everything matches up at a glance

Acceptance notes
– Every text field from Excel must populate its designated area with no manual typos.
– Images must stay proportionally scaled, centred in their frames, and never pixelate at 100 % view.
– Colours, fonts and spacing cannot deviate from the provided template settings.
– PDFs must open without warnings and pass Adobe Acrobat’s preflight for print (CMYK, 300 dpi).

You are free to automate with data merge scripts, actions, or any workflow you prefer inside Photoshop, as long as the end result hits the points above. If you have questions about the template or need an additional sample, just let me know and I’ll get it to you right away.
