Exact Dimension File Rebuild

I have a PDF that contains a single image layout I need reproduced from scratch at the exact same width, height, and proportions. The goal is to hand the new file straight to my printer, so every line, font, colour and margin must match the original precisely—no scaling, stretching, or substitutions.

You will:
• Recreate the artwork as a clean, high-resolution image matched to the original dimensions.
• Supply a print-ready PDF (300 DPI, CMYK) plus the editable source file you worked from (PSD, AI or similar).

I will provide the existing PDF as soon as we start and will verify the final output by overlaying it on the original for a perfect fit.
