Etsy Shop Revamp for Cohesive Presentation

I’m reaching out to see if you can provide an estimate for some work I’d like to have done on my Etsy shop:

I’m looking to create a clean, consistent, gallery-style presentation across all my listings. Specifically, I need help with the following:
Standardizing all listing images with a consistent background color (#F2EFEA – warm off-white)
Removing existing backgrounds where needed
Centering and properly scaling each piece of artwork
Ensuring all images follow the same layout, spacing, and proportions
Applying a subtle, consistent shadow for a polished look
Preparing images optimized for Etsy (correct sizing and formatting)
In addition, I would like to have reusable “drop-in” templates created for future use, so I can maintain consistency as I add new work. Ideally, this would include:
A template for 36" vertical pieces
A template for 24" vertical pieces
A template for 4×4 sets (grouped layout)
The goal is that I can simply place new artwork into these templates and export ready-to-use images without needing ongoing design work.
Image structure per listing:
36" & 24" pieces
1 clean hero (centered)
1 close-up (texture/metallic)
optional: 1 room mockup
4×4 sets
1 grouped hero
1 individual close-up
optional: 1 styled shot
The goal is to make the entire shop look cohesive and more high-end, similar to a curated gallery rather than mixed individual listings.
If possible, I’d appreciate:
An estimate for completing this across my current listings
Separate pricing for creating the reusable templates
Your recommended workflow or approach
Timeline for completion
Any suggestions to improve overall presentation and conversion
