I have all the project content ready—renders, SketchUp models, notes, and reference images—but I don’t have the hours to shape them into a polished presentation. I’m after a sleek, modern-minimalist PDF portfolio that lets the visuals speak first and supports them with concise project narratives.

Here’s what I need from you
• End-to-end layout in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent) with clean typography, consistent grids, and generous white space.
• Thoughtful use of Photoshop for image retouching or compositing so every render looks its best.
• Smart integration of any SketchUp exports or line drawings without clutter.
• Final deliverable: press-ready and screen-optimized PDF versions, plus the packaged InDesign file for future edits.

I’ll supply organised folders of imagery, drawings, and bullet-point descriptions for each project. You’ll decide the flow, create any necessary graphic accents, and iterate quickly—I’ll give prompt feedback but can’t micromanage.
