Editable T-Shirt Mockup PSD

I already work from a basic PSD mock-up, but it’s clunky. I need a clean, fully-layered file that lets me change the shirt colour with one click and drop in new artwork—sometimes simple text, other times detailed graphics—without losing realistic folds, shadows or highlights.

Whether you refine my current file or build from scratch is up to you, as long as the final deliverable is an organised, high-resolution PSD that ticks these boxes:
• Smart Object (or equivalent) for fast artwork placement that auto-warps to the fabric
• Adjustment layer or colour fill system for unlimited shirt colours while keeping texture intact
• Separate highlight, mid-tone and shadow layers for natural depth
• Optional background layer I can hide for transparent exports
