Editable Email Signature Recreation

I have an existing company email signature but, unfortunately, I no longer have the working file that lets me swap in new staff details. I need the signature recreated so it stays true to the original look—same fonts, colours, layout—while being fully editable for future hires.

Essential elements to include are the company logo and the usual contact information block (name, role, phone, email, web). The current design doesn’t use social-media icons, so feel free to leave those out unless you see a neat way to incorporate them as an optional layer I can toggle on or off.

Please rebuild the artwork in a format that makes updates painless (HTML with inline CSS or another widely editable option you recommend). Once approved, I’ll just need to be able to drop in a new name and number without touching code.

Deliverables
• Re-created signature file in an editable format
• A quick note or video showing where to change text, swap the headshot, and update links
