I have an image of a hospital discharge document and I need the discharge date changed to a new one that I will provide. The file is an image—most likely a JPG or PNG—but I can reconfirm once we begin.
The revision must be completely seamless: the new date should match the original typeface or handwriting style, keep the same colour, weight and alignment, and leave no visible signs of editing. Accuracy and discretion are crucial.
Deliverables
• High-resolution, flattened image with the updated date
• (Optional) a layered file—PSD or similar—so the date can be adjusted again in the future
