Digital Plane Livery Replication
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a high-resolution JPEG of an aircraft whose paint scheme I need copied in exact detail—colors, patterns, markings, everything. The job is to lift that livery and apply it digitally to a different airplane photo (supplied once we start). No simplifications or creative tweaks; I need a pixel-perfect match so the result looks as if the second aircraft really rolled out of the paint shop wearing the original scheme.
Please work in whatever software gives you the most control—Photoshop, Affinity, GIMP, or similar—as long as the final file keeps layers intact for future edits and delivers a flattened, print-ready version in PNG or TIFF. Color accuracy is critical, so an embedded sRGB profile or equivalent is expected.
When you hand over the project, I’ll need:
• The layered working file
• A 300 dpi flattened image with the replicated livery
• A brief note on any color corrections or masking techniques used
If this sounds straightforward to you and you have a portfolio piece or two that shows realistic paint or decal transfers, let’s get started right away.
