Dedicated Retoucher for AI-Generated Portraits

We produce AI-generated portraits at volume and need a dedicated retoucher to handle post-generation fixes — day in, day out. This is not creative design work. It's precise, repetitive Photoshop craftsmanship that demands a sharp eye and fast hands.
What you'll fix daily:

Eye restoration — correcting AI-distorted eyes, asymmetry, unnatural reflections
Glasses restoration — rebuilding frames and lenses that AI renders incorrectly
Skin tone matching — blending face-to-body colour so composites look seamless and natural
Body corrections — smoothing AI artefacts like unnatural folds, skin creases, or texture inconsistencies

What we expect:

Minimum 6 hours per day, minimum 10 finished portraits per day
Active Adobe Photoshop subscription and deep familiarity with Content-Aware Fill and Neural Filters
Reliable daily availability — this is an ongoing, long-term position, not a one-off gig
Fast, clean work that maintains a natural, polished look
A genuine eye for detail and personal pride in delivering high-quality results — we need someone who spots what's off before we do, not someone who ships "good enough"
