RxFinder Labs is looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer who can independently plan, design, and manage visual creatives for digital platforms. The role involves creating engaging banners, flyers, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines, offers, and relevant national & international events.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality banners, flyers, and social media creatives
Independently plan creatives based on:
National & international days/events
Healthcare-related awareness days
Company campaigns, offers, and announcements
Ensure all designs align with RxFinder Labs’ branding and tone
Deliver creatives within agreed timelines
Make revisions based on feedback (if required)
Organize and manage design files efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio mandatory)
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
Strong understanding of social media design formats
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
Preferred Skills:
Experience designing for healthcare, pharma, or tech brands
Awareness of marketing calendars and event-based campaigns
Ability to generate creative ideas proactively
Compensation Details:
