Creative Employee ID Card Design

I’m putting together new identity cards for my staff and need an experienced photo editor/graphic designer to build a polished template I can reuse. Each card must clearly display the employee’s name and photo, their job title with department, and a unique employee ID number.

I lean toward a creative aesthetic rather than a strict corporate look, so feel free to explore bold colour accents, interesting layouts or subtle graphic elements—as long as legibility and a professional finish are never compromised. Orientation is flexible; choose whichever format best supports your concept and standard printing dimensions.

The final package should include:
• A layered, print-ready file (PSD, AI or InDesign) at 300 dpi with a safe bleed margin.
• A linked or embedded font list and any graphical assets used.
• An easy-to-edit text/photo placeholder system so I can swap in employee details without disturbing the design.
• A high-resolution PDF proof for quick print runs.
