Create Realistic Maryland Movie ID
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m shooting a scene in which an actor must hand a Maryland driver’s licence to camera, so the prop has to stand up to close scrutiny. I need a front and back design that matches the current Maryland template, but with these exact data:
• Name: Joshua Laird
• DOB: 06/18/1981
• Address: 520 Yale Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229
Because it will be held by the actor, I want it to look and photograph like the real thing—security background patterns, micro-text, proper fonts, and believable numbering. Please incorporate three effects I can highlight under different lighting setups: a subtle holographic overlay, UV-reactive printing, and an embossed element (signature or seal) that will cast a small shadow on macro shots.
Deliverables
1. High-resolution, print-ready front and back files (300 dpi or higher, CMYK).
2. Separate layered source files (PSD or AI) so I can make last-minute tweaks before print.
3. A quick visual showing how the hologram, UV and embossing should line up.
If you’ve designed prop IDs or other security documents before, even better—just share a sample that proves you can match colour shifts, guilloché lines, and fine micro-text. Let me know your turnaround time; the set needs the files in hand for printing within the week.
