Create Realistic Maryland Movie ID

I’m shooting a scene in which an actor must hand a Maryland driver’s licence to camera, so the prop has to stand up to close scrutiny. I need a front and back design that matches the current Maryland template, but with these exact data:

Because it will be held by the actor, I want it to look and photograph like the real thing—security background patterns, micro-text, proper fonts, and believable numbering.
