Corporate YouTube Thumbnail Design

I need a set of polished thumbnails that instantly signal “professional and corporate” to viewers while still catching the eye in crowded feeds. The finished artwork must blend three elements on every graphic: a concise text overlay that can be read on mobile, a well-lit image of the presenter or subject, and subtle icons or symbols that reinforce the topic without clutter.

My channel already follows a strict brand palette and font pairings, so consistency matters more than experimentation. In practical terms, each thumbnail has to be ready for immediate upload at 1280 × 720 px, under 2 MB, in both JPG/PNG plus an editable layered file (PSD or AI). I usually refine visuals twice before locking them in, so please factor two quick revision rounds into your process.

Deliverables (per batch):

• 3 initial concepts so I can choose a direction
• Final thumbnail(s) in JPG/PNG + source file
• A brief style guide noting fonts, colours, and icon sources for future reference
