Corporate YouTube Thumbnail Design

I’m looking for a designer who can create polished, corporate-style thumbnails that instantly signal professionalism while still grabbing attention in a crowded feed. Every thumbnail must blend my channel’s logo, a relevant image or screenshot from the video, and well-placed text overlays that cover three essentials: a punchy title, the video’s run-time, and—when it’s part of a series—the episode number or name.

Here’s how I see the collaboration unfolding:

• Style direction: clean lines, brand-aligned colours, and a restrained, boardroom-ready aesthetic rather than anything loud or cartoonish.
• Core visual elements: my logo in a fixed position, high-resolution imagery of the featured content, and crisp typography that remains readable even on mobile previews.
• Text overlays: each design needs space for a short, catchy headline, an unobtrusive time stamp, and optional series or episode info without cluttering the frame.
• Deliverables: initial set of 3-5 creative concepts to lock the style, followed by fully editable PSD or AI files and export-ready 1280×720 PNG/JPEG versions for every approved thumbnail.

Ideal tools would be Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, but I’m open to equivalent pro-grade software as long as the final files stay editable. Consistency across videos is crucial, so please factor in a simple, reusable template system that still leaves room for custom touches when a particular video calls for it.
