Convert a jpg logo file to psd (Photoshop) & ai (Adobe Illustrator) file. see attachment

I’m providing a single JPG and need it rebuilt in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator so I end up with fully editable PSD and AI files. While recreating the artwork, please make two very small tweaks: bump up the text size of the existing copy for better legibility, and resize the current shapes so their proportions still match the overall layout. No new colours, fonts or additional elements—just a faithful, layered recreation with those subtle adjustments.
