Convert Logo to Layered PSD

I have a logo saved only as a PNG and I need it rebuilt in Photoshop as a fully editable, print-ready PSD. Each text component and every graphic element must sit on its own clearly named layer so future colour or copy changes are quick and painless.
Print quality matters, so work at 300 dpi (CMYK) on a canvas large enough to down-scale without loss. Keep edges crisp—no unwanted rasterisation or flattened areas.
